Dr. Darryca Brim-Mims is a visionary leader, speaker, and retreat curator committed to helping women embrace rest, alignment, and radical self-love. As the founder of SheTreat and CEO of Darryca Brim Consulting, she has dedicated her life to creating transformative spaces where women can reconnect with their essence, reclaim their wellness, and rediscover their power.

Through global retreats, immersive workshops, and deeply personal experiences, Darryca blends storytelling, wellness practices, and community-building to guide women on journeys of healing, self-discovery, and renewal.
